At Texas Discount Carbon (“TDC”), we take pride in sourcing high-quality custom steering wheels and accessories. Due to the made-to-order nature of the products we sell, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds.
1. Return Eligibility
You may only request a return within 3-5 business days of receiving the item if your item is damaged or does not meet reasonable production and quality standards.
Returns must include proof of purchase and/or a receipt and be sent back in unused condition.
2. Refunds & Exceptions
Due to the custom nature of our steering wheels, refunds are generally not provided unless the item is defective from the manufacturer.
If you receive a defective product, please contact our support team immediately by utilizing the contact form to initiate an investigation and resolution.
Refunds will not be granted for damage caused by the owner or for returns requested outside the allowed timeframe.
3. Store Credit & Discounts
In cases where a refund is not possible, TDC may offer store credit or a discount toward a future purchase.
Each return or refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
