How long does shipping take?
Shipment of items available under our inventory page are available and ship out within 24 hours of your order.Â
Orders created using our highly unique visualizer require roughly 3 weeks before delivery.
Can I pick up my order in person?
Sure! Just send us a message on Instagram (@TexasDiscountCarbon) and we can coordinate a time that works best with you. Â
I can't see the color I want on the customizer/visualizer! Can you help?
Yes! Send us a message using instagram or utilize the contact form here with the specific colors you’re looking for. We’d love to add your unique combination to the color palette for your viewing!Â
My model is not available on the customizer/visualizer

I made a mistake with my order, can you help?
We may! Please notify us immediately if you identify an error with your order, specifically customized items.
Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.
Preparation for customization of your item begins as soon as you place your order, so your order is treated as FINAL with no exceptions due to irreversible modifications that start being made to fit your order description. We will try our best to make your order to your new adjusted specifications, but it is not guaranteed.Â
All orders are non-refundable after your purchase excluding small manufacturing defects. Common manufacturing defects may include: dust particle(s) trapped within resin, small amounts of excess residue, and similar visual inefficiencies due to the hand-made nature of our products.Â
We still ensure that visually, your item is as close to perfect as possible and well within the quality control measures we allow at TDC.Â
 If your item was damaged during transit, arrived not as described, or other problems not listed — please reach out to us before removing the product from its original packaging so we may inspect and find a solution for you.Â
